Duncan Lloyd-Jones - Managing Director
Having worked in both the Cotswold and London market I saw a gap in the Gloucestershire property market and decided to set about creating a Cotswold based property company. I oversee the Country Homes, Auction department and business development. My vision is to change the way people think about agency, we all have worked hard creating a company to be proud of! We aim to expand our operation further, we love what we do and hope this is reflected in our service. All of my staff are very approachable and extremely knowledgable and I'm proud to call them friends. My passions are anything sport related although I confess not to play much anymore!
James Pyle - Land and New Homes
James comes to the firm as our newest senior arrival. He has a huge amount of experience having worked for national and regional companies. He has a great reputation within the Land and New Homes sector having built up a great following. James' roots bring him back to the area having started working here many years ago. James is here to enlarge Charles Duncan's share within both residential sales and the Land & New Homes sector. James is a keen supporter of Gloucester Rugby club and is passionate about Petanque!
James Lloyd - Stroud Branch Manager
Having joined Charles Duncan from a very successful Cotswold based agency James has brought with him a wealth of experience having worked in agency since leaving school. James runs a tight ship as general manager of the Stroud office and prides himself on standard of service. James is an avid Gloucester Rugby supporter, he also enjoys countryside activities which include walking his Jack Russel and supporting his fiancés equine interests.
Alex Kerr Senior Sales Negotiator
Alex has been with Charles Duncan since 2010 and has enjoyed a fast learning curve. Alex comes from a strong background in retail management and therefore brings with him a wealth of experience in customer service and sales. He has always wanted to be involved in agency and aims to impress on a day to day basis. Alex is a true outdoor type enjoying all the country has to offer. Alex attended Milton Abbey School where he enjoyed a great eduction. He has several family Jack Russell's which he can often be found walking in the Cotswolds. He also has a passion for anything with an engine!
Daniel Blackstone - Lettings Manager
Having joined us from a large London based lettings firm Daniel lives and breathes the 5 valleys. He is a real foodie and loves to entertain the rest of his colleagues and show off his culinary skills. Daniel shows great dedication and expertise in the Charles Duncan lettings department and is currently finishing his ARLA qualification. Daniel's job is to expand our lettings department over the Cotswolds and he aims to give great service to both landlord and tenant alike.
Zoe Cousins - Lettings Co-Ordinator
Little Miss Organised as she's known, joined Charles Duncan from a Cheltenham agent having relocated to the area. Zoe has a great relationship with the tenants and landlords and enjoys running the management side of Lettings. From organising builders to making payment Zoe has a huge job on her hands with the business growing weekly. Zoe's ambitions are to get a junior assistant this year to help with administration. Zoe loves winter sport and tends to get away snowboarding twice a year. Currently she is studying to become an ARLA member.
Charlotte Wadley - Adminstration Team
Having joined Charles Duncan as a graduate Charlotte provides support for Residential Sales, Land And New Homes, and our ever growing Auction Department. Charlotte shows great ambition to achieve within the business and is always willing to lend a hand with anything. Charlotte has a great passion for horses and regularly enjoys competing.
